Legalize or apostille? Do you know what that means? Don't worry, we have you covered. We will take care of the admission process for you. You do not need to study the terms and conditions of every university admission program. You can use this time to prepare for your journey to Poland. Should you pass any entry test to a given university - we will help you prepare for those providing you with the necessary curriculum and examples.
PICK UP YOUR VISA
Get ready to travel to Poland! With the university acceptance letter, we will apply for your student visa. You will receive the checklist for the documents to present to the Polish embassy. We will get you the approved medical travel insurance and accommodation confirmation. We will prepare you for the interview at the embassy and inform the university about the date of your arrival.
ARRIVE TO POLAND
Going for the first time to Poland? Do not worry. We got you covered. We arrange the best flight connection to Poland.
We will meet you at the airport to help you finalise your journey.
Right after arrival, we will provide you with the local phone number so you can stay in connection with your loved ones immediately. You will arrive safely at your destination. We will make sure you know how to find your way around the local area.
RECEIVE YOUR RESIDENT CARD
You want to make sure your stay is legal and interrupted. We will take care of that by collecting all the necessary documents and applying for your temporary residence card. (Yes, it is the responsibility of every student to obtain one during the course of the first semester of studies.) You do not need to hire a lawyer, stand in a long line with translators, or search for the appropriate meeting slot - we will do all that for you.
EDUCATION RECOGNITION CERTIFICATION
Have you previously graduated from a school or university outside of the European Union? You will most likely have to obtain a certification of the graduation diploma you brought with you. You will have to deliver that to your university before the end of the first semester to keep your student status. Scary? Do not be. It is an administrative procedure but all have to be done in Polish. We will translate the documents for you and have them notarised for the procedure. You, just focus on your studies.
