ARE THOSE PLACES IN PHOTOS REAL?

Yes. All the pictures were taken in Poland and present the places as they are in reality. You can visit those places with us by letting us know what your interests are and what do you want to see and do during your stay.

HOW CAN I PAY DURING MY STAY IN POLAND?

All of the places accept credit cards (MasterCard and Visa being the most popular, followed by AmEx and Diners Club). When you bring cash you can always exchange it for "zloty" - that is the Polish currency. Some shops would also accept payments in Euro.

DO YOU HAVE A LICENCE TO ORGANISE TOURS?

Yes. Every tour organizer in Poland needs to have a valid license and also insurance that covers any liabilities towards its guest. We also have valid transport and tourist guide licenses to make sure your journey is safe and well organized.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH TRIP IS RIGHT FOR ME?

DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?

Your stay in Poland is insured from the moment you arrive here. You and your companions are fully covered against any emergencies. That is a complimentary part of our package. For travel insurance to and from Poland please consult your local travel agent or the airline.

HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT VISA REQUIREMENTS?

DO I NEED TO SPEAK POLISH?

No. All our staff speak Arabic and Polish are we are always available to assist you. Our tour programs and instructions are in Arabic. Most of the hotel staff and sellers speak English in case you wanted to communicate freely. French and German are not that popular.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO VISIT POLAND?

Whenever you feel like it. Poland enjoys 4 main seasons and every one is unique. When you choose to come in the summer you may indulge yourself in the sea breeze; in winter you can ski on beautiful slopes, watch the flowers start to bloom in Spring, or contemplate all the colors of nature in magical Autumn.
